Buildings and establishments define our downtowns and the businesses in our downtowns are major contributors to our communities.  A vibrant, active and aesthetic downtown is often the deciding factor when moving to an area; whether it is for retirement, to start a family or to open up a business.

The Town of South Bruce Peninsula is pleased to offer a grant towards facade improvements for commercial storefronts located within the Community Improvement Areas of Allenford, Hepworth, Sauble Beach and Wiarton.  It encourages commercial building owners to invest in façade renovations and storefront upgrades by providing grants to cover a portion of renovation costs.
