Ontario Court of Appeal Decision

On April 22, 2022, the Ontario Court of Appeal issued their decision pertaining to the Sauble Beach Piping Plover trial. The decision of the appeal court was to uphold the lower court’s decision and dismiss the Town’s appeal. 

Council will discuss the court’s ruling at an upcoming Council meeting and will provide further comment at a later date.
