Workshop: Self Care Through Yoga and Massage |
This introductory hands-on workshop focuses on self care through the use of gentle yoga movements and self-massage techniques. Whether you are looking to unwind, maintain mobility, or to simply reconnect with your body, you will leave this workshop feeling refreshed and empowered. During this workshop you will learn and explore how to release tension through simple movement and fascia release massage using simple tools (racquetballs and hands). You will be provided with a racquet ball and worksheet to take home to continue your self-care journey! No prior yoga experience needed. Open and accessible for everyone -chair and mat-based options available. Please wear comfortable clothing you can move in. The class offers total body conditioning, including cardio, core strength, and endurance exercises. Babies are invited but not necessary to attend. Wear comfortable clothes and be ready to move!
