Reporting to the Director of Parks, Recreation and Culture, the Aquatic Supervisor will lead the aquatic team at Bluewater Park Pool, ensuring a safe, fun, and engaging environment for all visitors. You’ll plan, run, and oversee programs like swim lessons, lifeguarding, and aquatic events, while keeping the pool in top shape according to health and safety standards. Daily lifeguarding and instructional duties, as well as pre- and post-season maintenance and administrative tasks, are all part of the mix.

This role will be exposed to a variety of aspects in the Public Works Department Operations Division, but the primary focus will be assisting to update and manage a GIS database of infrastructure and assisting with site inspection and contract administration for capital projects.
