Notice of Intention to Pass an Amending By-Law to Remove the Holding Symbols from Certain Lands Zoned by Comprehensive Zoning By-Law 122-2009 as Amended for The Town of South Bruce Peninsula
Take notice that under the authority delegated by Council as permitted under the Planning Act, RSO 1990, as amended, staff will consider an amending by-law under Section 36 of the Planning Act, RSO 1990, as amended to remove holding symbols from the lands known as:
- Plan 292 Lots 9 and 10, RP3R5616 Part 2 (580-004-03601)
- Plan 292 Pt Lots 9 and 10, RP3R5616 Part 3 (580-004-03610)
- Plan 292 Lots 9 and 10, Mary RP3R5616 Part 1 (580-004-03600)
- Plan 292 Lot 13 to 18, Pt Lot C McNaughton W/S Plan 3R5637 Parts 1, 2, 3 (580-004-03500)
The current zoning is “R3-H” Low Density Multi Family Residential Holding and will be changed to “R3” Low Density Multi Family Residential. The purpose of the amendment is to remove the holding symbols as the special provisions attached to each of these holding symbols have been satisfied. The property having the “FD” Future Development zoning will continue to be zoned “FD”.
The earliest date that the by-law will be adopted is May 8, 2026.
