Notice of Intention to Pass an Amending By-Law to Remove the Holding Symbols from Certain Lands Zoned by Comprehensive Zoning By-Law 122-2009 as Amended for The Town of South Bruce Peninsula
Take notice that under the authority delegated by Council as permitted under the Planning Act, RSO 1990, as amended, staff will consider an amending by-law under Section 36 of the Planning Act, RSO 1990, as amended to remove both of the holding symbols from the lands known as W ½ Lt 16-18 Con 5 EBR (42 Log Cabin Ln).
The current zoning is “RU1-64-2025 H1” and “RU1-64-2025 H2” General Rural Special Holding and will be changed to “RU1-64-2025” General Rural Special. The purpose of the amendment is to remove the holding symbols as the special provisions attached to each of these holding symbols have been satisfied.
The earliest date that the by-law will be adopted is April 28, 2026.
