Council may be required to proceed into Closed Session during budget deliberations. Meeting ending times may be sooner than advertised if all business is conducted. Meetings may be cancelled if not required.
The public meeting on November 4, 2025 will end earlier than the advertised time if all comments have been heard. Any person may attend the said public meeting and make verbal representation with regard to the proposed budget, alternatively, written submissions with respect to the proposed budget will be received by the undersigned until October 31, 2025 at 4:30 pm. Written submissions will not be posted with the agenda and will be read by staff during the public meeting subject to rules of procedure, approval from the author and time constraints. Written submissions received after October 31, 2025 will be forwarded to Council by email for their information.
