Minor Variances

In the Town of South Bruce Peninsula an application for Minor Variance may be required when requesting a change or permission to deviate from the specific requirements of the Town's Zoning By-Law.  Talk to Town staff about your development to determine if a Minor Variance is required.

If you require a Minor Variance, you will be directed to contact the Bruce County Planning Department to begin the application process.   

The Committee of Adjustment makes decisions on Minor Variances. The Committee meets once per month to consider applications, but only meets if applications are received.  View the community calendar for information on upcoming meetings.
