The Zoning By-Law for the Town of South Bruce Peninsula controls the use of land in our community. Some of the things that are regulated in the by-law are the types of buildings that are permitted, where they can be located, lot sizes, parking requirements, building heights, lot coverage, accessory building requirements and setbacks.
